Lower 48
We have three shipping options:
Standard Shipping: Orders generally ship within 2 days. We pick the best method for shipping, either USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Delivery time via the Postal Service is not guaranteed, though delivery in 2-5 days is typical during most of the year excluding the Holiday Season. UPS delivery times are guaranteed.
Expedited Shipping: For an additional $10 handling fee, we will guarantee that your order will ship within 24 hours of being placed. Orders placed Fridays after 12:00pm EST are shipped the following business day. Orders placed on a holiday ship the next business day. Orders ship via USPS Priority Mail or UPS.
Expedited UPS 3 Day: This adds UPS 3 Day service to Expedited Shipping. The rates quoted by the system are estimates only. Should the shipping charges exceed these estimates, you will be contacted for approval prior to shipment. Otherwise, we will ship the order, charging you the lesser of either the UPS published rate or our shipping rate.

Canada, AK, HI & VI Estimates
We generally ship only via USPS Priority Mail to these locations as UPS is considerably more expensive. Our shipping rates for these locations are based on weight rather than order total. Shipping of Kitchens and other large, heavy items is via UPS. For Canadian customers, items coming UPS will also incur brokerage fees of approximately $35 for most orders. PST/GST/HST will also be collected by UPS. If the estimated shipping will cover the shipping, we will send the order out. If not, we may contact you for authorization prior to shipping.
Canada, AK, HI & VI Estimates
We can ship only via USPS Priority Mail to these locations. Our shipping rates are based on shipping heavier items via UPS as their rates are lower than the Postal Service for these types of orders. Consequently, shipping is often $5-$10 more than our standard rates to the Lower 48. Depending on the weight and dimensions of the order, it can be considerably more expensive.
